2005 Road Safety Achievement Awards

On March 6, 2006, the Ontario Ministry of Transportation organized a ceremony for the annual Road Safety Achievement Awards in one of the downtown hotels in Toronto.

Dez Miklos of the “Say Dez!” Safe Driving Consulting was nominated for the 2005 Road Safety Achievement Award in the Media category for his weekly radio show “Say Dez!” on McMaster University’s CFMU 93.3 FM station.

The award was presented by the Hon. Harinder S. Takhar, Minister of Transportation.

2004 Services Award

October 24, 2004 Dez Miklós was presented an award in appreciation for service in recognition of his efforts promoting the aims and goals of the “Driving Instructors Golden Horseshoe Association” (D.I.G.H.A.).

The award was presented by Stephan Sobolewski, president of D.I.G.H.A.

2004 Volunteer Services Award

November 11, 2004 Dez Miklós was presented with an award in appreciation for dedicated volunteer service to McMaster University’s radio station CFMU 93.3 FM.

The award was presented by James Tennat, Program Director for CFMU 93.3 FM.

2006 Road Safety Achievement Awards

May 28, 2007 the Ontario Ministry of Transportation held a ceremony for the annual Road Safety Achievement Awards at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Hotel in Toronto. Dez Miklós of the “Say Dez!” Safe Driving Consulting was nominated for the 2006 Road Safety Achievement Award in the Media category for his weekly radio show “Say Dez!” on McMaster University’s radio station CFMU 93.3 FM.

The award was presented by the Hon. Donna Cansfield, Minister of Transportation.
